How roving videographers covered 2020, amid pandemic and a summer of unrest
Images of protests and unrest around the country dominated the airwaves this summer. In a number of cases, they were captured by a roving group of independent videographers, who were able to be in the right place at the right time -- time and time again. ABC News interviewed several videographers who said that the restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic, coupled with a summer of social unrest, led to them to take to the streets to document a constantly changing and oftentimes dangerous news cycle.

Bicyclist Struck By Car During New York City Protest
FLATIRON, Manhattan (WABC) -- A bike rally along 5th Avenue this weekend took a violent turn when a car accelerated and slammed into two protesters. The incident was reported just after 7 p.m. Saturday on 25th Street and Fifth Avenue. At least one witness claims the black SUV accelerated while approaching the bikers.

All assault charges against Rutgers star wide receiver Leonte Carroo have been dropped. Piscataway Municipal Court Judge Dennis M. The restraining order applied for by the reported victim against Carroo, was dismissed earlier in the day, and as a result, the state was not interested in continuing the criminal case, said Tom Lanza, Piscataway Township senior prosecutor.
